Action: Using key conversion software tools and proven PM practices, our team has audited and mapped data to new systems, ordered backlog and successfully managed large-scale projects to convert multiple regions.

Result: These system transitions resulted in increased call center efficiencies, minimized order fallout, standardized processes and business practices, streamlined training and ensured contract compliance with billing vendors, ultimately saving MSOs in excess of $1 million in 2008.
