Problem: Many of our clients have plans to improve their ability to compete in the MDU space by managing the sales and retention of multi-dwelling unit customers. In order to make better decisions and compete effectively they need accurate and timely information about those customers.

We then link the customer information to the contract for easy access to customer data. In addition, OP has created a process where we are able to take the customers' home pass files and scrub the address to validate or identify missing property information.

Actions: Our consultants analyze the current client contract process, create a plan for contract cleanup, develop training for the team and manage the execution of the project. Working with clients, our consultants will scrub the address base, return missing information and load the corrections into the billing system.

OP led the team in a major MSO to interpret 18,000 contracts, enter them into a data repository system and link them to the CSG billing system. Activity included complex property escalation management as well.
