Problem: Our client, a Tier 1 MSO, needed to manage the deployment of a key initiative. They created a software application for its CSRs to merge multiple system order entry activities into one single system interface rather than the dual billing systems previously used.

Solution: Organic People's experienced analysts, testers and trainers helped our client prepare and test the new ordering graphical user interface application. OP senior project managers were responsible for the nationwide deployment of this corporate initiative.

Action: Our consultants gathered business requirements and system specifications, then created and tested use cases. We developed and entered test scenarios, tracked the test results and resolved system issues. Concurrently, we prepared training materials, executed training and planned and executed the deployments.

Result: This project has enhanced the customer experience by allowing for more efficient entry of service orders, increased usability of the billing systems, minimized cost and improved customer service delivery and satisfaction. It has also helped reduce the need for knowledge of multiple billing system platforms, increasing the productivity of the MSO's resources.
